What is Improv?

Improv (short for Improvisation) is actually something we do every day, we just don’t realize it. It’s the practice of expressing yourself spontaneously. Contrary to popular belief, it’s not about “how to be funny” even though it can certainly lead to that.

Ariel Kane

Ariel Kane was a professional actress, including playing a recurring role on day-time television. She now works in partnership with her husband Shya as a consultant, seminar leader, award-winning author and co-host of a top-ranking podcast.

Andy Schneeflock

Andy Schneeflock teaches acting and improvisation at NYU, Atlantic Theater Company and Stella Adler Acting Studio. His acting credits include Steven Spielberg’s, Bridge of Spies, Worth, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Orange Is the New Black and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. His improvisation course clients include Fortune 500 companies, students and educators.
