Travel by Car:

  • Use Google Maps for exact directions to the hotel.
  • The indoor parking lot at the Skyline Hotel is on the northwest corner of 49th Street & Tenth Avenue. The hotel has guaranteed seminar participants discounted rates for the first 10 cars at $10 per day (normally $39/24 hrs). Please make sure to get your parking tickets validated at the front desk. There is also limited street parking in the area.

Arriving at JFK International Airport

Getting to Manhattan by Public Transportation

To Uptown Manhattan or Queens:
  • After exiting your flight, follow signs to Ground Transportation
  • Take the JFK AirTrain to Jamaica Station
  • At Jamaica Station, walk 2 minutes to the E Train (subway) on Sutphin Blvd. and Archer Avenue
  • Take the E subway train towards Manhattan
To Downtown Manhattan or Brooklyn:
  • After exiting your flight, follow signs to Ground Transportation
  • Take the JFK AirTrain to Howard Beach Station
  • Connect to the A subway train toward Manhattan
  • Upon disembarking, you will need to purchase a $5 ticket for the AirTrain as well as a metro card for the subway.

⇢ Plan on 60-90 minutes to get from JFK to Midtown Manhattan.
⇢ Be prepared to carry luggage up and down stairs as not all subway stations have elevators/escalators.

  • NYC yellow taxis have a flat rate fee from JFK ↔ NYC for $52 (tolls & tip NOT included)

Arriving at LaGuardia Airport

Getting to Manhattan by Public Transportation:

  • Take the Q70-SBS bus to Jackson Heights
  • Transfer to the E, F, M or R subway into Manhattan
