Costa Rica Magic...

Dear Friends,

Wow, where do I begin...I had an Awesome time in Costa Rica.

During the course in Costa Rica, I became a "participant" in my life. Not sure exactly how life got so easy, fun and enjoyable, but I have a strong feeling by my listening to others and speaking what was true for me, Magic happened. Since coming back from Costa Rica, I've felt more in relationship with my family, husband and my work than I have every felt before, where ease, fun and enjoyment continues :) I've also had some loving conversation with my family, connecting with them and letting them know how much they mean to me and how much I appreciate them. And on the work front, I've received a very generous bonus check and an increase in my salary :)

Thanks to all in Costa Rica and to this AWESOME transformation community - for sharing with me and others - the Magic of Transformation :))

Love,
Susan

Riding the Transformational Costa Rican Wave!!!

Hello Everyone!

We've found a NEW HOUSE!!!! We're moving out!! Yes, that's right!! :-)

Thank you Ariel & Shya for your inspirational magic!!

After the incredible 10-day workshop in Costa Rica with the Kanes, we arrived at home in England at 6.30am on a Monday, totally exhausted but very determined. We immediately set about house hunting. We toured every single estate agent in Cambridge and booked a whole bunch of viewings for the coming week. We saw three places that morning and instead of waiting until Thursday for the next available viewing, I pleaded with them to squeeze us in to see one place that I had a good feeling about. They finally agreed, we saw the place and it's perfect! We went straight to the office and got the paperwork. They've promised to push the credit checks through ASAP and we'll be moving in within a week - just in time for Valentine's Day!! :-)

We've lived with my mum for a year now and, despite committing to move out four months ago, still hadn't done so. In the workshop, I saw the various ways in which I was not going for my life, at the cost of our relationship, got loads of amazing feedback and experienced Transformation! I declared we would move out by the end of the week, and I would get a new, better paying job to cover the extra rent. Inspired by a totally Transformational Costa Rican experience, I've discovered what's possible when you put your heart and soul into something - almost instantaneous results!! It's true, it can happen in an instant, and the consequences are tremendous!!!

I remember Ariel & Shya working some particular magic on me and I, mouth open, said "but it would never have occurred to me, I would never I thought it!" And of course that is (only part) of the inspirational magic they bring into my life, seeing things, understanding things, knowing things, I wouldn't have a hope of coming up with myself!

So, thank you Ariel & Shya, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

For those of you in the second Costa Rica workshop - lucky you!! And in Group 1 - thank you!! And every other lovely person reading this: go to as many Kanes' workshops as you can - the experience will Transform your life!! Oh yes!!!

with loads of Love

My life is a marvelous adventure!

Dear Friends,

Wow! The past two weeks since returning from Costa Rica have been amazing! I gave a seminar on Vocal Technique for a group of great singing teachers in Vienna. One of the participants wrote me this email today:
I must thank you again for the weekend. Never before have I in the human as well as in the professional aspects profited so much from a workshop. You showed me a new understanding of my existence and thereby my life is exceedingly enriched. I am discovering beautiful new perspectives. And the lessons with my students have been grand! Thank you very much indeed!!!
Thank you, Ariel and Shya for showing me the way to live and share a wonderful life. And thank you to all my other friends on this miraculous journey of living in the moment who keep reminding me of all the wonderful things that are happening with transformation around the world!

Today I did a shoot for television with a professional pop singer who studies with me in Rostock. The "Northern Magazine", a show like evening magazine, had filmed his concert and his home life; and he wanted them to include one of his lessons with me to complete the program. We met early to plan what he would sing, but when the film crew showed up, the director was disappointed that he wasn't going to sing his latest composition from the concert they had filmed. We weren't prepared for this, but I thought with transformation anything is possible...let's give her what she wants. I asked him to sing the song through and I jotted down the chord changes. We were done in three minutes. She was elated. He was very proud of his song; and the shooting went super.

Costa Rica was such a gift. Thanks to Ariel and Shya and all of you, I got my life back. I love you guys and send a big hug to you across the miles. It is late here in Hamburg, and I need to get some sleep, but I'm going to bed smiling knowing that tomorrow I get to share transformation with the world!!

Running with a fire for life

Friends

Just a short message about my friend Dorothy-

So I had to go to this really, really important meeting when I was back in New York - I was very nervous about it. On my way there, I walked from 39th and 8th to Vanderbuilt and 43rd, and I called Dorothy, because talking to her always puts me at ease. I didn't tell her this meeting was super important. She was at home sick and we chatted about a class and exam she was going to take and about her cat's medicine, and we talked all the way through my security check and up the elevator. I was shaking I was so nervous, but we kept on about how to give a cat a pill...

I was just back from Costa Rica and so was Dorothy and she was my anchor in that moment, I showed up feeling so comfortable - and I aced that meeting! I was bubbly and happy and gentle (new for me) and it was a confronting meeting, but it was great.

Thank you Dorothy!

Life is Good

Nothing spectacular happened. Life is just good. There had been times in my life where this statement coming out of my mouth would have been spectacular.

Since I'm back from Costa Rica, my life is flowing. I got a new client. The boss of a big advertising agency stepped into an office where I worked for another client and said to me: "Aren't you a freelance artist?" I laughed: "How lovely you describe my work, yes I am." (I'm doing financial consulting and accounting.) He made an appointment with me this week, and they hired me to support their accountant, when she's sick or on holiday.

Then on Friday the Chief Controller (the CFO, Chief Financial Officer) of one of the biggest holding companies in the world called me. Before the call, I was told that he's a very straight and strict person, in Germany we call that a "sharp dog". I said, I'm not afraid of sharp dogs, I appreciate that. But actually, I had some voices in my head that I'm not good enough to fit his standards. I heard those voices, and stayed just relaxed. The phone call was great! He wanted some information and gave me some good advice about making my financial reports more understandable for people who aren't as familiar with numbers as us. And during the phone call I suddenly realized that we are equal, business partners, two specialists who are supporting each other. And he wants me to come with him to his next meeting with the president and the executive committee of the association and support him.

My new and first website is online! Well, and DATING! Since I'm back from Costa Rica, I've only met nice men and had nice dates. I'm in touch with several nice men.

Life is good. It's flowing on a constant level of well-being. I feel that I'm grown up. I'm a person. My being is important. What I have to say and to give has value. I'm making a big difference on this planet. And so are you. That's Transformation. Ariel & Shya, I love you, and all the people around you. Thank you.

I send you all kisses and a big warm and tender hug

Self Expression

Hi Everyone!

Since returning from Costa Rica, it's become really clear to me what an amazing community this is and what a gift transformation is.

Something that had a huge impact on me right from the start of the Costa Rica workshop was the idea that you don't have to 'have it all together' before you can express things that you see, sense & feel. This concept was, and continues to be, so liberating to me! Previously, I would hold back what I had to say because I thought "who am I to say that?" or "how can I say that to him/her?" or "what do I have to offer?" In the workshop, I really practiced expressing myself and it felt so incredible; AND the things I thought were too bold, irrelevant or unimportant to say actually made a difference to people. I'm now realizing that it doesn't just have to be that way in workshops, I can have it everywhere.
