Ariel & Shya Kane: Catalysts for Instantaneous Transformation

Our Approach

The Kanes' approach is anthropological in nature. (An anthropologist is one who observes human behavior and notates what he or she sees in a non-judgmental way). This empowers participants of the Kanes' interactive seminars to view their actions within a non-judgmental framework allowing for honest self-observation without self-reproach. It also creates a safe learning environment where feedback is given and received in a non-threatening manner.

What makes the Kanes' approach unique is that it is not problem/solution oriented. They have found that the simple identification and recognition of unexamined behavior patterns or beliefs is enough to facilitate resolution without having to "work on" them as problems. They are masterful at identifying and communicating the dynamics they observe in individuals and organizations that unknowingly undermine effectiveness and satisfaction. The Kanes have found that the slightest shift in one's reality can produce a quantum shift in one's life -- Instantaneous Transformation.

Ariel and Shya work with individuals so that they can see the nuances of their behavior, either in a private or group setting. In their interactive group seminars, as they address specific questions or concerns of an individual participant, the other attendees can apply what they see in the Kanes' exchanges with that one individual to the complexities of their own lives and business circumstances. These interactive consulting sessions allow group participants to ask questions related to their individual concerns. As a result it allows each person to recognize the commonality between human beings regardless of background, race, religion, gender or culture which allows them to discover that their concerns are not unique to them, nor are they a personal failings, but simply a part of being human. The Kanes' interactive consulting approach results in increased productivity at work, higher degree of effectiveness, an ease relating with others and with oneself and an overall sense of well-being and satisfaction. The Kanes are expert guides who, with great skill and humor, bring people through the swamp of the mind into the clarity and brilliance of the moment.
